Shipment dates & wait times
All mailers are sent from Switzerland during the fourth week of each month.
Joined before Septembre 15? Your first mailer will be September's edition shipped out on September 28th.
Joined between Septembre 15 and October 15? Your first mailer will be October's edition shipped out on October 28th.
Please allow up to 2 business days for Swiss delivery, 2 to 8 business days for Europe and up to 21 business days for the rest of the world.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the Curiosity Cabinet is available in almost every countries, as long as mail is not interrupt because of war or major problems. If you are not sure just contact me.
Can I track my mailer?
In order to maintain a reasonable shipping cost, tracking is not provided.
When will I be charge?
You'll be charged monthly on the same day as your initial sign up. For example, if you join January 1, your next charge will automatically be on February 1.
How do I manage my account?
You can manage your shipping address, billing information or any other details directly on the platform here.
What if my letter arrives damaged?
If your mail arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me at tempsdudessin@gmail.com with your name and photos of the item. I usually answer by 1 to 4 business days.
Can I answer back?
Absolutely! I will be delighted to read your letters and, where possible, will reply to them personally.
